1. Objective: Provide expert technical advice to support the DKT Arusha team in regard to their warehousing of pharmaceutical and medical device products and the sale, distribution, monitoring and proper record keepingand social marketing of such products.
2. Time and period of performance:
The period of performance will be6 months; for 16 hours a monthincluding a license.
NB: The Period of performance can be extended through a signed “letter of extension” and further definition of the Scope of Work, both of which would be amended to this contract.
Work Order Priorities and Deliverables:
1. Provide technical guidance and advice regarding the proper storage of products (as per TFDA and manufacturers instructions for the product) at DKT Tanzania’s warehouse.
2. Conduct regular medical trainings of DKT Tanzania staff on family planning products that will assist them in their knowledge and sales of products to outlets.
3. Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor as they relate to the warehousing, sales and marketing, and storage, monitoring and record keeping of pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
3. Reporting
At the end of each week in each month, you will submit a signed typed report to your direct supervisor, accounting for your time over the course of the month. This signed report will detail:
