Job Description
- Developing growth strategies
- Prospecting and closing new sales leads
- Owning and managing the tender process
- Brainstorming with business development, marketing and client service team to create new project strategies
- Managing company and client expectations
- Reviewing project timeframes and budgets
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with existing and prospective clients
- Attending networking events
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers and industry stakeholders
- Managing records of sales, and other important data
- Researching ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Researching market and industry trends including competitor intelligence
- Provide regular feedback to management
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
