DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and a second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and or related professional qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the interface and support between the bank and the client or prospective clients.
- Maintaining good customer relationship in order to ensure that customer needs are met and are in line with the strategic objectives of the bank
- Assisting the General Manager
- Retail Banking in identifying and developing business with emphasis on fee income generation
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Fresh Graduates/1 year experience in Banking industry
- Has a strong service ethic
- Build relationships and networks easily
