EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting and Mathematics
- Exceptional achiever in extracurricular will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prime interface between customers and the bank.
- Assisting customers with issues relating to their accounts and queries relating to cash transactions
- Ensuring effective and efficient customer transactions are handled with utmost confidentiality
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Fresh Graduates
- 1 year experience in the Banking Industry,
- Has a strong service ethic
- Build relationships and networks easily
