Main Responsibilities
The Finance assistant's responsibilities will include the following:
- Files: keep up files tidy and organized
- Maintenance of file supply update
- Set up file control of staff, renewals, holidays, etc.
- Keep up file staff update, look for all contract missed
- Assistant for all document to be set up according labor law in Tanzania
- Assist to monthly, quarterly, yearly report
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
- Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities
- Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
- Assist the financial controller in creating financial reports on a regular basis
- Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting
Qualifications Requirements
Good communications skills
Computer skill and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
IT Skills
Experience
experience in salaries and taxes involve around
experience in accounting or book-keeping
Bachelor degree in accounts
