Description
We are currently looking for a Tanzanian National qualified and experienced to fill the position of a Finance and Administrative Assistant whose key responsibilities will be the following:
- Provide administrative support to ensure that office operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner;
- Preparation of reports and financial data;
- Maintain records and files;
- General customer relations;
- Other related duties as required.
The key skills required are:
- Verbal and written communication in English;
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures;
- Professional in demeanor and presentation;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Experience:
- A Minimum of 2-3 years in Senior Management in Insurance.
Qualification:
- Holder of a Diploma in Business and Administration- Finance Option.
- Basic Knowledge in accounting is an added advantage
- Preferably female
- Available immediately.
