This position calls for a dynamic and qualified pro-active individual with relevant environment in labour legal matters.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Representing the company to the Labour / Civil Court and CMA, advising the outcome
- Investigation of rising disciplinary matters/issues
- Management representative to lead disciplinary hearings
- Reading, designing and interpreting legal documents and contracts
- Ensuring the safety of the company from legal litigations
- Investigating cause of litigation and collecting evidence that are permissible in the court of law and CMA
- Keep and maintain company’s legal documents
- Preparing monthly legal /litigation monthly reports
Requirements
- Degree in Laws / Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the same or related field of operation
- Above average communication skills
- Dedicated and efficient
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong computer skills
